Customers with personal computers who have Internet access may access their accounts via an Internet browser to perform various account functions. A screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels is recommended. Access may include viewing transaction histories, transfering money between accounts within our institution, and establishing automatic bill payments. There is no fee to enroll in online banking.
Sign Up for Online Banking
See one of our friendly tellers or our customer service representative to sign up for online banking. You’ll be asked to provide some basic information and sign one of our online banking enrollment forms. One of our knowledgeable online banking representatives will then complete the next phase of our enrollment process and contact you within 1-5 days with the access ID and password needed to complete the enrollment process.
First Time Users
Access our website www.stlandryhomestead.com, click on the link to log into Online Banking and enter the Access ID and Password given to you as prompted. You will then be required to enter a New Access ID and Password which you will use for all future access. The Set Security data screen will display. Complete the information required to establish your personal security information. Please note: (1) the image shown and the pass phrase you select will show every time you log in to assure you that you are on our valid website. (2) If you choose personal computer, the site will register your computer. Challenge questions and/or a one-time passcode are presented when a user attempts to log in using an unregistered (public) computer.
MOBILE BANKING
This browser based application is an added feature of online banking and may be used to check account balances, view recent transactions, view check images, receive alerts, and transfer funds between accounts. Customers must have a mobile device with internet access and be enrolled in online banking. Your wireless carrier may assess fees for data or text messaging services. Please consult your wireless plan or provider for details.
First Time Users
Log on to your online banking account.
Click the Options button.
Click the Edit button under the Mobile Banking banner.
Select the Carrier from the drop down menu. Example: (AT&T.NET) If you choose NO CARRIER, messages will be sent via e-mail as opposed to texts.
Enter the Mobile Phone Number including the area code and dashes.
Enter a Mobile Banking PIN (Personal Identification Number) to be used when logging in to Mobile Banking from the mobile telephone.
Re-enter the PIN information in the confirm Mobile Banking PIN.
Click Submit to complete enrollment. A confirmation screen will be displayed.
After enrolling, a text message or e-mail will be sent to the user with the one-time password and the Mobile Banking hyperlink.
Select the Mobile Banking hyperlink (Some mobile devices do not display a hyperlink through text message or e-mail. Please refer to your mobile device’s owner manual or contact your service provider on how to access web sites.)
Select Login
iPhones – Add this login page to your home screen. Other Phones- Bookmark this login page for use when requesting a new one-time password and the login text message is not available.
iPhones – Enter AccesslD, Submit Other Phones - Enter Access ID and PIN. (Note: The Access ID is identical to your Online Banking Access ID.)
You will then receive another one-time password OTP2 with a hy-mrline. Select this hyperlink to log on to Mobile Banking.
Folow the onscreen instructions to view an account balance, view pending activity on account, view transaction history, and complete an account transfer.
Be sure to LOG OUT when you have completed your banking.

Other Phones -
Access saved/bookmarked mobile banking log on page from the mobile phone web brower.
Click Cancel on the Log On Screen.
Select the One Time Password button from the Mobile Banking Log On screen.
Enter Access ID, Submit.
A text message or e-mail will be sent to the user with the one time password OTP and the Mobile Banking hyperlink. The user will be returned to the Mobile Banking Log In Screen. Based on the type of cell phone, a hyperling may be available in the text message. If so, click the hyperlink, enter the Access ID, and Mobile PIN. If not, once the text message or email is received, enter the Access ID, One Time Password, Mobile PIN, and click Submit.
Be sure to LOG OUT when you have completed your banking.
CHECKFREE BILLPAY
Save money on stamps and envelopes. Customers who are enrolled in online banking can pay their bills in minutes, rather than hours, with our online CheckFree Bill Pay Service. You can make payments to virtually anyone with this easy to use, fully secure service. For a small monthly fee of $4.95, you can stay more organized by keeping track of all bills paid online.
Notify an online banking representative that you wish to have this service. Once you log in to your online banking account, click on the PAYMENTS button. This links you to important CheckFree disclosures. Follow on-screen instructions and demos.

PopMoney Text/Email
PopMoney is a peer to peer service offered through CheckFree that will enable the subscriber to send and receive money to personal payees in as little as one business day electronically using the payee’s email address or cell phone number. A small fee will be charged for each transaction.
First Time Users
After you login into CheckFree Bill Pay, click on the link titled “Pay People” and follow onscreen instructions. Subscribers will only need the email address or mobile phone number of the person they are sending money to. This feature is secure and safe, as there is no reason for an exchange of bank account or additional personal information. There is an additional $.50 charge per transaction.
EVENT MANAGER
Event manager is a flexible tool included with online banking that combines two powerful functions: event monitoring and electronic messaging. This product is a part of your online banking service. It can be used through online banking to receive automatic notifications for activities like daily balance alerts, high/low balance alerts, loan payment clearings, and certificate maturity alerts. Alert notifications can be sent via e-mail or text.
First Time Users
Log in to Online Banking and click New in the messages section
Select the type of event from the drop down menu
Click Next and select E-mail in the Send To field
Enter information and click Submit
Once Submit is clicked a Conrmation Number is displayed
Broadcast Messages are messages that are sent to all online banking customers from St. Landry Homestead Federal Savings Bank.

Accounts: Brings you to your home page where all of your accounts can be viewed.

The Today’s Transactions section allows you to view pending transactions for your accounts. See account from the drop down list.
The Future Scheduled Transactions section allows you to view pending transfers for each account. Select account from the drop down list.
Express Transfer: Allows you to perform a transfer immediately upon logging in. See your Online Banking agreement for further details about transfers.
Options: Allows you to change passwords, account nicknames, e-mail addresses, security data, and to set up Mobile Banking.
Home/Log Off: Logs you off of Online Banking.
Messages: Messenger Event section includes a message hyperlink to view existing alerts or set up new alerts.
Account Balance Information
From the Account List screen click an account number hyperlink or roll the mouse over the Accounts button to select an account number.
Transactions: Allows you to view current statements, previous statements, recent transactions, the current business day, and transaction export which allows a user to export account information in specific formats for use with financial planning software.
Payments: Allows you to set up a new scheduled bill payment and view a current list of bill payments entered for the account. Transfers: Allows you to access account transfers within the bank. See Online Banking Agreement for more details on transfers.
Messages: Allows you to establish an event that will display notification when you log in to internet banking.
Stop Payments: Allows you to request a Stop Payment on any one of the assigned accounts. The cost and further details are explained in the Online Banking Agreement.
Check Orders: This button will redirect you to Harland Clarke’s site for ordering checks.
